Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing ModelVault (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. The Site is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. By continuing past the age gate, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Nature of the service

ModelVault is a directory and search engine that aggregates publicly available information about adult content creators across third-party platforms. We do not host primary adult content. Profile images, prices, and other metadata are sourced from public pages on the linked platforms. Outbound links lead to those third-party platforms, which are independently operated and have their own terms.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community guidelines, with or without notice.

4. Creator claims and verification

Creators may claim their auto-generated profile to manage public information, links, theme, and monetization. Claims are subject to identity verification at our discretion. Falsely claiming another person's identity is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, custom pages, links). By submitting, you grant ModelVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Site. You represent that submissions do not infringe third-party rights and do not contain illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Submitting content involving minors, non-consensual material, or any content prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
  • Impersonating another person or creator.
  • Scraping, mass-downloading, or otherwise abusing automated access.
  • Circumventing rate limits, geo-blocks, or access controls.
  • Attempting to interfere with payment processing or referral attribution.
  • Harassment, threats, or doxxing of users or creators.

7. Payments and creator payouts

Tips, subscriptions, and promotion fees are processed by CCBill. Creator earnings net of platform fees are credited to the creator's balance and paid out per the Site's payout schedule. Refunds and chargebacks reverse balance entries. ModelVault is not a bank and does not hold funds in escrow beyond settlement timeframes.

8. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links are affiliate links. ModelVault may earn a commission from qualifying signups or purchases on third-party platforms. This does not affect the price you pay.

9. Intellectual property and DMCA

ModelVault respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy and submit a notice via /dmca.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelVault disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
