Record-keeping compliance

ModelVault is a directory and search engine that aggregates publicly available information about adult content creators across third-party platforms. ModelVault does not produce, host, or distribute primary adult visual content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct.

All visual content displayed on ModelVault — including avatars, banners, and preview images — is either (a) sourced from public profile pages on third-party platforms whose operators bear primary § 2257 record-keeping responsibility, or (b) supplied by claimed creators who certify they own all necessary rights and that all depicted persons were over the age of 18 at the time of production.

Outbound links lead to third-party platforms which independently maintain their own § 2257 records. Each linked platform is solely responsible for the records pertaining to the content it hosts.

Insofar as any content displayed on ModelVault may be considered “produced” under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are maintained by the original producer at the address indicated on the third-party platform from which the content was sourced or by the claimed creator who supplied it.

ModelVault prohibits content depicting any person under the age of 18 in any context. Users who suspect a violation should report it immediately to [email protected]. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and, where credible, content is removed pending investigation and law enforcement notification where appropriate.

This statement does not constitute a representation that ModelVault is a primary producer of any adult content. It is a description of the Site's policy and architecture.
