Information we collect

Account data: email, username, hashed password, role.
Activity data: favorites, follows, saved searches, alert preferences, page views, link clicks.
Communications: direct messages, broadcast subscriptions, support requests.
Payment data: CCBill processes card transactions; we receive transaction IDs and status events but do not store card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer, age-gate confirmation cookie, affiliate referral cookie (30 days).
Public profile data: for creators we index, we collect publicly available metadata from third-party platforms (display name, avatar, prices, post counts).

How we use information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
To personalize discovery (recommendations, “For You” feed) using your favorites, follows, subscriptions, and category preferences.
To send transactional and digest emails you have opted into.
To detect abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
To process payments through CCBill and credit creator earnings.
To attribute affiliate referrals across third-party platforms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers under contract (hosting, email delivery, payments).
Law enforcement when legally compelled or to prevent imminent harm.
Successors in interest if ModelVault is acquired or merged.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, age-gate confirmation, affiliate referral tracking, and basic analytics. You can clear cookies via your browser, but some features (login, age gate) will not work without them.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days after deletion to handle chargebacks and disputes. Transaction records are retained for seven years to meet tax and audit obligations.

Children

The Site is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact [email protected] immediately.
